Together, they started a little revolution — one oven-fresh bite at a time.
It all started in November 2020, right in the heart of Bhubaneswar, with a tiny oven, a big craving, and two very different palates.
Swati, a lifelong vegetarian, always dreamed of comfort food that didn't rely on deep fryers or shortcuts. Pratik, on the other hand, is all about bold, indulgent flavours and meatier meals. Their one shared love? Food that's freshly baked, fuss-free, and made with heart.
That's how Bob's Baked Co. was born — a brand where everything on the menu is baked, not fried, and where both vegetarians and non-vegetarians feel equally at home.
From cheesy braided breads and melty desi-style pizzas, to Creamy Cheesecakes, Fudgy brownies, and soul-satisfying drinks — they built Bob's to be your favourite anytime-food-place.
